Our products are custom made solid wood furniture
that is finely finished. This gives our furniture a look
that’s as natural in fine homes on the ranch as it is in the city where a western décor is desired.

Texas Country Furniture is a small family owned company. We consist of me, Scott (the owner), Margie (the real boss), and 2 employees. We do not mass produce which allows us to give a great deal of attention to detail and quality.

You will find our products to be solid, strong, durable, and beautiful.

We offer three lines of cabinets and furniture.

• Mesquite – Governor’s Line
• Aromatic Cedar – Ranch House Line
• Western Red Cedar – Bunk House Line

Beds built with Mesquite and Aromatic Cedar feature headboards with natural edges on the top and bottom of the slab. Footboards feature natural or straight edges. Our dressers, chest of drawers, night stands, blanket boxes, cedar chests, desks, bars, entertainment centers, and gun cabinets also feature the natural edge on the front of the top. The combination of color along with the texture of the grain of the wood gives each piece its own unique character.

When building with Western Red Cedar the rough side is showing and does not have a natural edge. We sand it down just enough to keep that country look and still be refined enough for today’s life style. On the dressers, chest of drawers, and night stands we use black iron round head screws exposed to give this furniture the look of the old west.

All lines of beds come with metal bed rails. Wood rails are available. Handle options for any line are cut out wood, bent horseshoe, bent horseshoe with star, or bronze Texas star with rope edge. Bent horseshoe and bent horseshoe with star handle options come in your choice of rusty or black. We offer a clear high quality furniture grade lacquer finish on all interior products.

Patio furniture built with Western Red Cedar features rusty screws and bolts that are exposed. Mesquite and Aromatic Cedar patio furniture feature plugs covering the screws and bolts for a more refined look. Patio furniture is finished with an oil base deck stain.
